Public Speaking Workshops
building confidence through communication
Speak Up! Offers high‑energy, practical workshops designed to help young people (age 16-25) build the confidence and communication skills they need for interviews, presentations, group work and everyday life. Students learn how to speak clearly, structure their ideas and express themselves with confidence — even when they feel nervous.
Every session is fast‑paced, supportive and accessible for all learners, including those who are quiet, anxious or unsure of themselves. Through real‑world exercises and guided practice, students build practical communication skills they can use immediately in college, work and social settings.
